Lesson 8-6 Perfect Squares and Factoring

Students are yet again being charged with the task of conducting independent study and trying to discern whether there is any 'new' or radically different content in this very last lesson in chapter 8. To date, students have accumulated a number of different, yet inter-related factoring strategies and what remains to be seen on this nugget is whether any new methods will be proposed or at least re-packaged.

In class tomorrow, students will have a chance to demonstrate whether they explored the nugget in a genuine and meaningful way.
