This week's class challenge (see blog post for Sunday March 15 for explanation of challenge) results were as follows:
CHALLENGE #5: class participation according to a rubric which was as follows
Criteria 1: Intra-group dialogue
Criteria 2: Willingness on the part of individual's to venture responses in front of whole class
Criteria 3: Diligence (use of class time and resources, general productivity
Each category was graded on a scale of 1 - 4 and the rubric was applied 4 out of 5 days last week. A class could have therefore earned a maximum of 48 points.
Homeroom 216: 31 points
Homeroom 239: 32 points
Homeroom 242: 35 points WINNERS!

Homeroom 216: 88% WINNERS!
Homeroom 239: 80%
Homeroom 242: 83%
Accordingly, each winning class is awarded a 1/2 percentage point to be applied to their overall grade. Congratulations to the winners.
