Looking Ahead to A Chapter 6 Summative Assessment Using a Guide-To and Diving in to Chapter 7 Monomials
Home Nugget #11
Assigned on Tuesday January 19, 2010
The Guide-to chapter 6 is due on Monday January 25, 2010. Over the course of the next few days, on some evenings, it will be the only lesson for you to work on.
Families, please note: I provided "outreach" letters to two groups of students today.
One group was comprised of those families I was simply thanking for their role in helping their children perform with relative consistency for the first half of the school year. I am just saying "thank you" and asking for your continued support.
The other group is comprised of students who are in academic crisis in mathematics. I am appealing to families to help support these children as I am convinced that there is no reason for anyone to fail the course. These letters require both student and parent signatures indicate receipt.
